Protesters take over Lagos due to fuel hike and electricity tariff increase
Some group of angry Nigerians have taken to roads in Lagos state to protest against anti-people policy, hike in electricity tariff and petrol price in the country.
The Nigerians took over some part of Ojuelegba in Lagos state to register their displeasure.
Earlier this month, Electricity distribution companies (DisCos), across the country implemented a new electricity tariff regime.
This the protesters have kicked against saying that it is an anti-people policy.
