The electricity staff was chased away by residents
A staff of one of the electricity companies in Lagos has gotten more than he could chew while trying to disconnect electricity in the state.
The official was attacked by a woman and some others after he climbed a ladder to effect the disconnection.
It was gathered that the residents of the area refused to allow the official disconnect the light following federal government‘s order that it has granted free electricity to Nigerians for 2 months.
Also, the lady angrily lamented at one of the electricity staff on why they should disconnect her light when the area has not been receiving light amidst the coronavirus lockdown.
The unidentified lady with the help from some residents in the area attacked the electricity staffs and chased them away from the area.
