It was gathered that the victim, an INEC technical support Ad-hoc staff was shot when the SARS men stormed the collation center at Bori in Khana local government area of the state.
He was rushed to the hospital after being hit during sporadic shooting by the SARS men and is currently receiving treatment as at the time of filing this report..
Many others were said to have been harassed and injured during the invasion by the security operatives.
