UK health system failed him – Omotola-Jalade announces death of his cousin

Veteran Nollywood Actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde announced on social media that he lost one of her cousins in the UK.

The Nollywood actress took to her Twitter page lamenting that the health system in the United Kingdom failed her cousin.

She stated that he couldn’t get proper medical care because the hospitals were focused on Coronavirus.

Her cousin died from a kidney transplant complication.

Omotola’s post read: “I lost a dear cousin yesterday in London. I am hurting. He didn’t have Covid-19 but died from a kidney transplant complication.

“He could not get proper healthcare because the Hospitals were focused on Coronavirus and help didn’t get to him fast enough. How sad.

“Jalad is gone. He died alone. Jalad was too loved to die alone. The health system in the UK failed him.”
