#COVID19 Forces Record 6.6m Americans To File For Unemployment Benefits

Last week more than 6.6million people in the US sought jobless aid as the coronavirus pandemic worsens for he country, doubling the recent record of 3.3 million from the week before.

Policy Editor, Lewis Goodall, in a series of tweets via his twitter handle said in other words, 3% of the US population has registered for Unemployment benefit in a fortnight.
