Nigerian singer, Seyi Shay is currently under heavy backlash on social media for insinuating that and are more deadly than .

Sheyi Shay took to her Twitter page to questioned why the government is giving ‘serious’ attention to coronavirus while ignoring the damages done by typhoid and malaria.

She wondered why people aren’t bothered about the deaths caused by typhoid and malaria but are more concerned about Coronavirus. She wrote:

“So wait… is corona virus more deadly than malaria? And why cant our government do something about malaria and Typhoid that people seem to be getting every week out here? Or is that just a WHOOOOLE ‘nother story??

“Ok, so its contagious BUT is it more deadly? This one that everyone is forgetting that people have been and are still dying from Malaria and typhoid… daily!”

Seyi Sha’s comment is coming just 3 day after American singer, Keri Hilson, was dragged for saying that the deadly coronavirus was caused by 5G networks networks.
