The General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleman has charged all Nigerians to speak positively about the country on October 1 as Nigeria turns 59.

Apostle Suleman stated this on his official Twitter page, while urging Nigerian to avoid making negative statements.

The cleric noted that Nigerians have been inflicted with selfish leaders and greedy politicians but negative utterances will take us nowhere.

“Nigeria is 59 tommorrow…pls let’s be positive in our utterances…negativity has gotten us no where..yes,we have been inflicted with selfish leaders and greedy politicians..they will get their reward..but we won’t verbally mutilate our nation anymore..pls speak positive 2moro.”

Meanwhile, Apostle Suleman stated that besides all the ills that have been said about the country Nigeria, she remains a great country and the giant of Africa.

“You cannot condemn the good in trying to correct the errors,” he noted.

On fighting corruption, the Apostle said it’s likely impossible to fight it, adding that to achieve the fight against corruption, institutions must be raised to make citizens get consequences for their actions.

”Nigeria s not bad, its the leaders that are bad”

You cannot present a cure that is worse than the disease.
