BENIN – The Youth wing of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Edo state chapter has condemned in its entirety the kidnap of the National Youth Leader of the party, Hon. SKE Udeh Okoye in Enugu state.

In a statement issued by the state youth leader, Arc. Thaddeus Irabor, described Hon. Udeh Okoye’s abduction as not only unacceptable but absolutely condemnable.

Irabor said, the dastardly act carried out against the number one youth in the main opposition party, who was on his farm at Ohumagu, Agbaogwugwu area of Enugu state on Monday, has further exposed the glaring abysmal performance in the poorly managed security architecture under President Muhammadu Buhari’s watch, which is not different from what the PDP has consistently told Nigerians.

“Demanding the unconditional release of Okoye, Arc. Irabor, therefore challenge the leadership of the various security agencies to rise up to the occasion by ensuring all is done to rescue Hon. Okoye from his captors and in addition, do its best in taming the gory stories of kidnapping, maiming, raping and killings that has bedeviled the APC government.
