A multiple accident involving five cars and a BRT bus occurred along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway on Sunday, April 14.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) disclosed this in a video on its X handle on Sunday.
Showing the aftermath of the collision and the damage, LASTMA wrote:
“A multiple auto crash involving six vehicles including a BRT bus has occurred at NNPC, inwards Estate Alapere on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway “The resultant backlog of traffic is now at Ogudu. However, our officers are present there working to ease movement for other motorists, and earnest effort has commenced to clear the scene.” “No casualty was reported and the cause of the accident has not been revealed.”
