Popular record producer and singer, Pheelz has revealed he is interested in a collaboration with Rema.
According to him, the collaboration will dictate the future of the Nigerian music industry/Afrobeats.
He said he is also open to working with the ‘Calm Down crooner,’ stressing that he believes that their collaboration would impact the music world.
Pheelz was featured as a guest in the latest episode of the ‘Menisms’ podcast.
“I think Rema and I can dictate the future [of Nigerian music/Afrobeats]. I would love to work with him. I think our collaboration will change the world,” he said.
Recall that Pheelz had in a recent interview disclosed that Rema inspired him to make the switch from a producer to a singer.
The ‘Finesse’ crooner said he came across a tweet from Rema during the COVID-19 lockdown that says, “The world paused for you to catch up,” and he took it personally.”
