In a post on X, Ruger revealed that he parted ways with Jonzing World the label got comfortable with their financial gains from his success, coupled with their inability to propel his career further.

Expressing gratitude for the platform Jonzing World provided him, Ruger explained that he couldn’t commit to another five-year extension because he desired more proactive management.

As much as I’m very appreciative of the fact that Jonzing World introduced me to the world, I just couldn’t continue with them because they got too comfortable with the money they were making from me and couldn’t push me further as I wanted to be pushed.

*Was supposed to renegotiate the contract but I couldn’t imagine 5 years more without action,” he wrote.

In another post, Ruger voiced his frustration over the label’s allocation of funds from his earnings to promote new artists without his consent.

He expressed reluctance to divulge further details about his experience with the label, citing concerns for his safety.

He wrote, “Dey use my money Dey fund new artist, leaving me in the dark, not being transparent. I just laugh, how e be now.
