A viral video clip shows Lagos State Police Command operatives distributing bottled water and biscuits to protesters in the state
Members of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and other aggrieved Nigerians are currently protesting the rising cost of living in Nigeria.
They gathered at the Ikeja bridge early Tuesday morning to kick off the two-day nationwide protest.
Before the march began at 9:15 am, Mrs. Funmi Sessi, the Lagos State Chairman of the NLC, stated that the protest was against the economic hardship faced by workers and Nigerians at large
