
In the latest FIFA men’s ranking released on Thursday morning, the Super Eagles have climbed 14 places.
They now sit at 28th in the world according to the latest FIFA ranking.
The three-time African champions have also secured the third position among African teams.
Leading the rankings on the continent is Morocco, followed by Senegal in second place.
Completing the top five teams in Africa are Egypt and Cote d’Ivoire.
The next update of the FIFA/Coca-Cola Men’s World Ranking is scheduled for April 4th.
