Ekiti State Chief Judge Escapes Death

The Chief Judge who was badly wounded during the incident was immediately whisked away to the Ekiti State Teaching Hospital, Ado-Ekiti, where he received treatment.

Ekiti State Chief Judge,  Justice Oyewole Adeyeye escaped death by a whisker after a section of the new state high court complex, housing the chamber of the Chief Judge fell on Wednesday.

Vanguard gathered that the incident which happened at the close of work on Wednesday evening, may not have been unconnected with the torrential rain fall that may have weakened the foundation of the new edifice.

However, it was gathered that no life was lost in the accident, as the Chief Judge who was badly wounded during the incident was immediately whisked away to the Ekiti State Teaching Hospital, Ado-Ekiti, where he received treatment.
