Atiku Arrives Court For Hearing Of His Petition Against Tinubu’s Victory [Photos]

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has arrived at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja for the pre-hearing session of his suit.

KanyiDaily had reported that Atiku Abubakar, a former vice-president, is challenging the victory of President-elect Bola Tinubu, during February 25 presidential election.

The pre-hearing session of his petition against the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate was fixed for today, Thursday, May 11, 2023.

Atiku was accompanied by Liyel Imoke, former Cross River state governor; Boni Haruna, former Adamawa state governor; Babangida Aliyu, former Niger state governor; and Uche Secondus, former national chairman of the PDP.

Iliya Umar Damagum, PDP acting national chairman; Dino Melaye, PDP governorship candidate in Kogi, and party stalwarts were in his entourage.

KanyiDaily recalls that Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had asked the presidential election petition tribunal to televise its proceedings.
