Nigeria is expected to conduct her national census from May 3 to 5, 2023.

Taking to his official Twitter handle, Shehu Sani prayed to God to take over the census server.

According to him, this is important so that the country’s population figures will not be raised to that of either China or India.

China and India are the most populated countries in the world with more than 1 billion people each while Nigeria’s population stands at over 200 million people.

Shehu Sani wrote, “Dear Lord,
Take control of the Census server before they raise our population figures to that of China or India.”

Nigeria last conducted a national census back in 2006.
