Nigeria will be playing in the Semi-finals of the U-17 Women’s World Cup.
This comes after the national team, the Flamingos, beat USA side in the quarter-finals of the ongoing India 2022 U-17 Women’s World Cup on Friday, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.
The Flamingos defeated the US on penalty to reach the semi-final.
After a 1-1 draw, the Nigerian women team beat their US opponent 4-3.
