JUST IN: Sanwo-Olu, Fayemi, Akeredolu Meet Wike In Port Harcourt [PHOTOS]

Three All Progressives Congress (APC) Governors on Friday met Rivers Governor, Nyesom Wike, at his private residence in Port Harcourt behind closed doors.

The Governors, who arrived in the afternoon to meet with Wike, were Kayode Fayemi (Ekiti); Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos) and Rotimi Akeredolu (Ondo).

The details of the closed-door meeting is not yet known but speculation has it that it my be connected with the 2023 presidential election.

Wike, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is expected to back his party’s candidate, Atiku Abubakar but speculations have emerged that the Rivers State Governor is unhappy after being passed over for the vice presidential ticket.

The meeting is ongoing as of the time of filing this report.
