Nigerian singer and entertainer, Slim Joe Omo Alajo (Joshua Olonitan) has reportedly died at the age of 30 after battling a kidney ailment for some time.
In May 2021, the entertainer, who ruled the airwaves with ‘O ti Yanyan’ and many other hit songs and collaborations, had called for the kind support of Nigerians to raise the needed N15million for surgery to rise to his feet again.
According to Idoma Voice, his colleague, Raymond Gbaji, confirmed his death on Sunday, January 2, 2022, that Slim Joe died on Sunday at the age of 30.
KanyiDaily had also reported that Veteran Nollywood comic actor, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe also passed away at the age of 64.
