Legendury Beatz's Mut4y Enlists Shaydee For New Love Song, '4 Play'

It’s no secret that the brothers who make up the production duo, Legendury Beatz are responsible for many of the afropop bops we have today, which is why we’re always so excited to hear from them, either separately or together.

One half of the duo, Mut4y has taken a more active role in the industry, releasing songs with talented musicians like WurlD, Wizkid and Ceeza Milli. Now, he’s enlisted Shaydee for a fantastic new love song, “4 Play“.

Mut4y, who gave us the Wizkid-led bop, “Manya”, is known for bringing out the very best in the musicians he collaborates with, and “4 Play” is no different. Shaydee sounds really great on the track, doing well to complement the mellow, r&b-influenced beat.

On the song’s catchy hook, Shaydee questions the intentions of his potential love interest, asking her whether she’s sure he’s really what she wants. It’s been a while since we heard from the afropop star, and it’s great to see that he’s still as talented as ever.
