Best You Never Heard: Nonso Amadi Shines On DJ Spinall's Affectionate 'Try For You'

Since he broke out with the adoring ballad, “Tonight”, Nonso Amadi has been steadily dishing out his romantic lyrics atop some pretty enchanting beats.

Although he boasts a number of adoring on his discography of love songs, there are some Nonso Amdadi-led songs that have, unfortunately, flown under the radar. One of such unjustly ignored songs, was Nonso’s standout feature on DJ Spinall‘s “Try For You”.

Track number seven off the DJ’s latest album, Iyanu, “Try For You” begins with DJ Spinall convoking a party, asking the girl who currently occupies his thoughts to invite her squad, and he’ll do the same. Nonso Amadi then taps in, using Spinall’s part as an opportunity to sweet talk the girl of his dreams.

On the track, Nonso pleads that this girl let him love her, promising he’ll try his best to be the best for her. “Try For You” hosts a simple and tranquil beat that draws out Nonso Amadi’s smooth lyrics delivered with his usual charm.

Nonso Amadi does a solid job in vocalising DJ Spinall’s track, and we hope it will get the attention it truly deserves.
