Mr Kenneth Ogba, the member of the Delta State House of Assembly representing Isoko South Constituency 1, has died. He died around 7 p.m. on Sunday.
As of press time, the circumstances surrounding his untimely death were unknown, however the Vanguard learned that the deceased Lawmaker attended a Church thanksgiving ceremony today at Christ Deliverance Ministry, Irri, Isoko South Local Government Area of the State.
Mr Kenneth Ogba, according to The Vanguard, had high blood pressure and was discussing it with friends at a prominent hotel in Oleh (names withheld) when he suddenly slumped.
He died before he could receive medical assistance at the Mary Martha Hospital in Oleh, according to a close family source who spoke to Our Correspondent.
The body has been deposited at an Oleh mortuary, according to a source who requested anonymity, and the wife has been hospitalized due to shock over her husband’s death.
Mr Kenneth Ogba, a native of Oleh, the Local Government Area’s capital, was the first son of his elderly father, Chief Lucky Ogba. He was in his late forties or early fifties, according to reports.
