Rita Dominic Reunites With 'The Meeting' Director For New Film, 'La Femme Anjola'

In 2012, Rita Dominic stole everyone’s heart with her standout performance in The Meeting, which earned her an AMVCA for ‘Best Actress In A Comedy’. Now, she’s reuniting with the comedy’s director, Mildred Okwo, for upcoming psychological thriller, La Femme Anjola.

La Femme Anjola follows a young and successful stockbroker (played by Nonso Bassey). His life is turned upside down when he falls in love with a beautiful woman (played by Rita Dominic), who turns out to be a femme fatale that’s working with her husband to get take him down.

Starring alongside Dominic and Bassey are Femi Jacobs (The Meeting), Jumoke Aderonmu (Jenifa’s Diary), former Big Brother housemate, Bassey Ekpeyong and more. There’s no word out about when the film will be officially be released, however, we are incredibly pumped for it.

Hopefully, we’ll get a trailer and release date soon.
