The Confederation of African Football has appointed Kenyan referee Anthony Ogwayo to officiate the second leg second round U-23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match, between Nigeria’s U23 Olympic
team and Libya’s U23 side billed for the Stephen Keshi stadium reports Completesports.com.

Ogwayo will be assisted by Oliver Omondi Odhiambo and Tony Mudanyi Kidiya. Both will serve as assistant referee 1 and 2 while Israel Lemayian Mpaima will be the fourth official.

The match commissioner for Monday’s make-or-break billed to kick off at 4pm is Marcelin Gaha Djiadeu from Cameroon.

Nigeria lost the first leg 2-0 and must achieve a high –score win over the North Africans to avoid early elimination from this year’s U23 AFCON finals, and cumulatively next year’s Olympic Games.

Meanwhile, Nigeria have drafted Super Eagles goalkeeper Francis Uzoho, defenders Chidozie Awaziem and Valentine Ozornwafor and striker Victor Osimhen from the senior team to Olympic Eagles squad
for this game.

Recall that in October 2018, the Super Eagles beat Libya’s senior team home and away to brighten chances of qualification for the 2019 AFCON (which they have since secured),
