Nigerian striker Victor Olatunji was on target for Sparta Prague who lost 3-2 at home to Sigma Olomouc in the Czech Republic topflight on Friday night.
It was Olatunji’s third goal in eight league appearances for Sparta Prague and also his sixth goal in all competitions this campaign.
The last time Olatunji scored in the league was in July in a 4-1 away win for Sparta Prague.
He gave his side the lead in the 12th minute before Sigma’s Nigerian striker Yunusa Muritala equalized in the 67th minute.
The 25-year-old helped Sparta Prague win the Czech Republic league and Cup in the 2023-24 season.
Before joining Sparta Prague in 2023, Olatunji had featured for clubs like Slovan Liberec (Slovania), AEK Larnaca (Cypriot) and Mattersburg (Austria).
Others are Alki Oroklini (Cypriot), Zeleziarne Podbrezova (Slovakia) Inter Bratislava (Slovakia) and Lagos Islanders.
