Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro arrived Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates on Tuesday night ahead of his team’s preparation for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Peseiro arrived Abu Dhabi in company of his assistants.
A delegation of players and officials of the team flew out of Abuja on Tuesday afternoon.
Captain Ahmed Musa, Kenneth Omeruo and Olorunleke Ojo were the players who flew out from Abuja, while some others took off from Lagos.
The Super Eagles are expected to begin preparations for the competition at their training base on Wednesday.
The three-time African champions will spend a week in Abu Dhabi before traveling to Abidjan for the 2023 AFCON finals.
They are expected to arrive Abidjan on Wednesday, January 10.
