Former Sunshine Stars forward Tunde Adeniji, has pinpointed the tremendous improvement in the Nigeria Premier League.
Adeniji hailed the Interim Management Committee (IMC) for making the league competitive again.
He added that the poor officiating has been eradicated entirely from the league.
The Al-Tadamon of Kuwait striker opined that the concluded NPL Super Six playoff was a big advertisement for the league.
“The Nigeria Premier League has improved beyond my expectations,” he stated.
“Starting from the followership which was a cause for worry then.
“The must win home syndrome has been eradicated too with very good and lesser error officiating.
“The NPL Super Six playoff in Lagos was a big advertisement for the league no doubt especially the Rivers United versus Remo Stars tie.”
