Dango Ouattara netted the opening goal in the 15th minute for Lorient before Moffi extended their lead in the 36th minute.
Le Fee took the game beyond the reach of Auxerre in the 42nd minute before Gauthier Hein reduced the scoreline to 3-1 for the host.
The Super Eagles star was later substituted in the 72nd minute for Kone.
