Former Nigerians goalkeeper, Peter Rufai says he’s excited with the return of Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi to full action for Leicester City.
Recall that the Nigerian international was in action in the team’s 3-1 win over Derby County in a preseason friendly game.
The 25-year-old Nigerian twisted his ankle during Leicester’s training camp in Evian, a setback that saw him miss the Foxes’ last two test matches against OH Leuven and Hull City.

However, with few days to the commencement of the Premier League, Rufai in a chat with Completesports.com stated that he’s delighted with his return and can’t wait to see him don the Super Eagles jersey.
“It was really sad that injury slowed down Ndidi towards the tail end of last season. However, I am delighted that he has return to full fitness.
“I can’t really wait to see him don the Super Eagles jersey because he always give out his best whenever he his called to the national team.”
