Rudeboy Finds Wealth & True Love On His Latest Track, 'Reason With Me'

Since the split from his brother, Rudeboy has emerged as the more active P-Square veteran. Rudeboy’s sweet tunes have become a staple in the music industry, and his latest track, “Reason With Me” reminds us why he is one of our favourite old hands in the game.

On the Lord Sky-produced bop, Rudeboy begs his ex to be patient with him as he tries to find his feet, promising her that money will come soon. In the video, Clarence Peters comes forward as the storyteller, depicting the toxic relationship that Rudeboy managed to escape.

The accompanying video for “Reason With Me” follows Rudeboy after his girlfriend breaks up with him because he is unable to afford the lifestyle she desires, however, once he makes it, becoming a big boss at a bubbling company, she comes running back.

Thankfully, Rudeboy found wealth and a good thing — marrying his neighbour who stuck with him through thick and thin. It’s a cliche story that has been told many times, so it has become a little tired. However, we might be able to forgive Rudeboy given just how sweet his vocals are on the track.
