Turkish Super Lig outfit Trabzonspor are intensifying efforts to sign Kenneth Omeruo from Leganes this summer, reports Completesports.com.
Omeruo is expected to leave Leganes following the Cucumber Growers relegation to the Segunda Division last season.
Leganes paid Chelsea €5m to sign the centre-back on a permanent deal last summer.
The Nigeria international made 23 league appearances for Leganes last season and scored once.
Omeruo was cleared to commence training at Deportiva Burtaque on Thursday following a massive Covid-19 test conducted by Leganes doctors on Tuesday.
The versatile defender once spent time on loan at Turkish clubs, Kasimpasa and Alanyaspor.
