On Thursday, a journalist named Alade Abiodun T, took to Twitter to call out First Bank of Nigeria over their poor network service.
In his tweet, he wrote: ”@FirstBankngr I made a transfer from my mobile apps over four hours ago. My Firstbank account was debited but the receiver is yet to get the money almost five hours later.“
In reaction, a Twitter user said, “Welcome to @FirstBankngr.. It may take them forever to reply you.”
Alade Abiodun went ahead to reply and tweeted, “You are right. No response yet.”
