Since last year, Timaya has been ardently promoting his upcoming EP, Chulo Vibes, which will be his first project in five years. Now, only a week away from the project’s February 8 release date, Timaya has released the lead single off the EP, “Balance”.

On “Balance”, Timaya reminisces about the old times, when all he had were his big dreams of satiating the world with his music. As the song progresses into its chorus, Timaya begins to celebrate his dreams come true, singing merrily about how he spends his time and money, simply balancing with his guys.

The video, which is directed by Unlimited LA, starts off showing sexy women sauntering across the front lawn of his villa, as Timaya opulently sips a cup of tea. He then calls on his boys to join him, as he hosts a house party indoors, throwing hundred dollar bills in celebration of his wins.

As the first track off Chulo Vibes “Balance”, sets a confident tone for the EP. We have no doubt that it’s is set to be a sweet 9-track tape, and we are of course, most excited for the Burna-assisted third track, “Pull Up”.

Until then, listen to “Balance” right here:
