The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has said it was “thinking of” embarking on another strike.
This was revealed by the union’s official Twitter handlle in a tweet while replying to a question.
It would be recalled that the union had called off its three-month strike in February after reaching an agreement with the federal government over issues bothering on staff welfare among others.
“Thinking of going on another 3 months strike action,” it tweeted.
It is not yet clear if the union was joking but the tweet did not go down well with many Nigerians.
While some said the post was “useless”, others used some unprintable words while attacking the union.
