Xenophobic Attacks: Angry Nigerian Youths Set MTN Mast Ablaze In Ibadan [Photos]

Following the recent wave of xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa, some angry protesters on Wednesday set ablaze a telecommunication mast belonging to MTN in Ibadan, Oyo state capital.

KanyiDaily gathered that the mob stormed the area protesting xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

Officers of the Nigeria Police and other security operatives are currently at the scene dispersing the protesters.

MTN is a South African owned company, however, we gathered that this mast is owned by Swift Nigeria not MTN.
