The Conflict, Stability and Security Fund’s Annual Report for 2018 to 2019 outlines how the Fund work towards both its National Security and UK Aid objectives, and towards the Sustainable Development Goals.

This report highlights the real impact and results CSSF programmes are contributing to, including:

  • increasing opportunities for women’s inclusion in the Yemeni peace process

  • halving the number of UN Peacekeeper casualties in the 3 most deadly UN Peacekeeping Missions

  • retraining more than 150 reformed Boko Haram soldiers with the vocational skills they need to establish a peaceful life

  • halving the number of mine-related casualties in Ukraine and saving the lives of more than 3,000 vulnerable migrants in the Aegean and the Mediterranean seas

The CSSF spends both Official Development Assistance (ODA) and non-ODA funding, and spend £1,258 million in the 2018 to 2019 financial year.
