Alex Iwobi has said Fulham can’t dwell too much on the London derby defeat to West Ham United.

The Whites fell to a disappointing 3-2 defeat against Graham Potter’s side at the London Stadium on Tuesday night.

Iwobi bagged a brace for Marco Silva’s side in the encounter.

The Nigeria international urged his teammates to move on from the unfortunate defeat.

“We’re all disappointed the way we lost the game, just mistakes,” he told Fulham TV.

“Had we not made the mistakes, we would have won it.

“But then there’s a game around the corner and so we cannot dwell on, so we dust ourselves and go again.

“We created so many chances and hit the post twice, but if you don’t defend as a team, you get punished in the Premier League.”

Iwobi has scored seven goals and registered three assists this season.

Fulham occupy ninth position on the table with 30 points.

The Cottagers will be away to Leicester City on Saturday.
