President Buhari orders total lock down of Kano state for 2 weeks

President Muhammadu Buhari has imposed total lockdown on Kano state.

PA to Buhari on new media Bashir Ahmed took to twitter to confirm this announcement. He tweeted ;

With regards to Kano, I have directed the enforcement of a total lockdown for a period of two weeks effective immediately. – President @MBuhari.

We will strictly ensure the mandatory use of face masks or coverings in public in addition to maintaining physical distancing and personal hygiene. – President Buhari .
