NBA star, Kevin Durant has tested positive for the Coronavirus COVID-19 on Tuesday.
Durant was one of four Brooklyn Nets that the NBA confirmed Tuesday to have contracted the virus.
Durant reportedly told Shams Charania, a sports journalist for The Athletic and Stadium, that he is feeling fine.
“Everyone be careful, take care of yourself and quarantine,” he told The Athletic. “We’re going to get through this.”

The team released a statement earlier Tuesday saying it was working on notifying those who have been in contact with the four infected players.
ESPN reported the team paid a private company for the tests after returning from San Francisco.
“All players and members of the Nets travel party are being asked to remain isolated, closely monitor their health and maintain constant communication with team medical staff,” a statement from the team read.
“The health of our players and staff is of the highest priority to the organization and the team is doing everything within its power to ensure that those affected receive the best care possible.”

The four Brooklyn Nets players bring the number of known cases among NBA players up to at least seven, with a Detroit Pistons player and two Utah Jazz players testing positive.
The NBA suspended its season last week after a player tested positive for the virus. The basketball league may not return until June, ESPN reported.
