In the shootout, Dutch keeper Tim Krul was the hero for Norwich as he stopped Eric Lamela and Gedson Fernandes’ kicks.

FA Cup holders Manchester City defeated Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 away to continue their march towards defending their title.

Sergio Aguero’s 53rd minute strike was enough to earn City the needed win.

And in the quarter-final draw that was made on Wednesday night, Arsenal will be guests to Sheffield United, Newcastle United will host Manchester City, Leicester will welcome Chelsea while Norwich will be at home to either Derby County or Manchester United.
