The Governor of Bayelsa State, the Honorable Henry Seriake Dickson paid a surprise visit to his friend and political associate of over 16 years, His Royal Highness King AJ Turner, the Obigbo Mikimiki 1 of Opume Kingdom in Abuja on Monday.
