A heavy downpour in a community in Sokoto state has disrupted the normal flow of activities in the area.
The downpour was recorded yesterday, July 19th, 2019 and was so heavy that it flooded many areas. Resdents who found it so difficult to move about in the water, had to resort to using canoes for transportation.
The exact community where the incident happened has remained elusive, however, local reports show it happened in a Sokoto town.
