Simi & Adekunle Gold Are Adorable In The Heartwarming Video For ‘By You’

A few months ago, Simi dropped her third studio album, the fantastic Omo Charlie Champagne. A clear standout off the project was the Adekunle Gold-assisted “By You” — one of their strongest collaborations to date — and it has now gotten a very fitting music video.

Produced by Oscar, “By You” finds Simi and Adekunle Gold singing about their relationship, confirming why they’ll never leave each other. The pair have always had impeccable synergy, but on “By You”, their synergy is through the roof, making for a truly heartwarming song.  

Starting off with short clips of them hanging out, the accompanying video for “By You” gives us more insight into their playful relationship, as we follow them on a romantic road trip. While on this drive, they serenade each other, bringing the synergy that’s evident on the song to life.
