Last year, Blaqbonez released his debut LP, Bad Boy Blaq, announcing himself as a star to watch. Now, following a reworked version of that project, he’s come through with an engaging video for one of the project’s best songs, the Oxlade-assisted “Mamiwota“.

Blaqbonez and Oxlade are two of the most exciting rising stars working today, and their collaboration on “Mamiwota” remains a highlight of last year. On the brilliant track, the two sing and rap about meeting a beautiful woman who they are completely smitten by.
Against the mellow beat, Oxlade shows off his vocal prowess, while Blaqbonez spits solid bars in keeping with his usual energy. For the accompanying TG Omori-directed video, we follow Blaqbonez and Oxlade as they manoeuvre a black-tie party in a bid to find their lover.
