Man Recalls How A Nigerian Ruined The Chances Of Other Nigerians In The UK Hoping To Rent An Apartment

A Nigerian man has shared his experience on social media, narrating how a fellow Nigerian tenant in the UK negatively influenced the chances of others renting a house from a previously accommodating landlord.

In his post, the Nigerian man pointed out that the landlord always rented his house without making his tenants go through an agent. He said that the Nigeria however, owed so much money and then absonded without paying. 

He stated that the landlord has now employed the services of an agent to rent out his apartment.

This will increase the rent price as prospective tenants now have to pay the normal rent as well as agent fees.
