The Dolphin

This dolphin was caught in Odi community in Bayelsa state, Niger Delta part of Nigeria.

According to reports, it wandered around the waters surrounded by fishermen. There was wild gyration among the locals when it was killed.

People rolled out the knives and other materials to grab their share of the friendly mammal which is worshipped by animal lovers abroad.

Many have criticized their actions online as they feel the alleged gruesome act is linked with illiteracy.
