Damson Idris Is A Budding Drug Kingpin In The Trailer For ‘Snowfall’ Season 3

After two critically acclaimed seasons, led by the incredibly talented British-Nigerian actor, Damson Idris, FX’s Snowfall is set to return for a third season on July 10. Now, with the season 3 premiere date fast approaching, an exciting trailer has been released.

Created by late John Singleton (Boyz n the Hood), Snowfall is a gritty drama series about the early days of the crack cocaine epidemic. The series follows several characters on their long and terrifying descent into hell, with the show’s main character being Franklin Saint (Idris).

The third season is set in 1984, during the very height of the crack epidemic in South Central Los Angeles. In the trailer, we can see that the police are waking up to the growing epidemic, setting their sights on budding Kingpin Franklin Saint and his people.
