Davido Teams Up With B-Red For Energetic New Song, ‘Achie’

Davido has a penchant for elevating those around him, as we’ve seen with his record label, DMW, which introduced us to the likes of Mayorkun, Dremo and Peruzzi. Well, he hasn’t forgotten his day ones, as he’s teamed up with his cousin, B-Red, for an energetic new song, “Achie“. 

B-Red has been busy making music this past year. His first track of 2019 was the Don Jazzy-assisted “E Better”, which, for whatever reason, didn’t quite take off. Now, he’s finally struck gold with “Achie”, and he has Northboi’s excellent production skills to thank.

The rising star manages to hold his own throughout the song, sounding better than he ever has. He does most of the heavy lifting, handling two verses and the chorus, while Davido drops a verse. We definitely see this song becoming a modest hit, as it’s sure to be a party-starter.
