Some Nigerian governors elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have travelled to Real Madrid in Spain.

In the photos circulating on social media, the governors, who dressed casually, could be seen beaming with smiles as they visited the Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéuare Stadium.

Among the governors on the trip were Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Ahmadu Fintiri (Adamawa), Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Samuel Ortom (Benue) and Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia).

Although it is unclear when or why the governors travelled to Spain, it was gathered that they might have embarked on the trip to take some time off work and relax.
