While Kida Kudz has been in the music game for some time now, it wasn’t until the success of his 2017 party-starter, “Issa Vibe”, that he really found his footing in the industry. Since then, he has released a number of solid tracks — most notably, his second big hit, “Again”.

Now, he hopes to add another anthem to his discography with his latest single, “Jiggy Bop”.

Although it’s nothing like “Again” or “Issa Vibe”, “Jiggy Bop” is another catchy single that stays true to Kida Kudz’s musical identity. On the track, Kida Kudz pays special attention to his bars and flow, using the mystical beat to flaunt his versatility.

In his lyrics, Kida Kudz gloats about his explosive music career, rapping that multiple DJs are now spinning his records; pretty girls keep pining for his attention; Lagos’ youth stay flocking to his concerts; and the vast public now know his name.

The accompanying video follows Kida Kudz’s gang-like meet-ups with his friends, both in Lagos and London. Although shot in two distinctly different locations, the video seamlessly unifies Kida Kudz’s two homes thanks to some really skillful editing.
